We loved this place. It was so much fun for the whole family! We will be coming again twice a season. The staff was very friendly. When we got there one of the guys showed us where our camp site was and even helped my husband back up our travel trailer into our spot. Which was really awesome! I can keep going on and on about this campground you just got to check it out! You will not be disappointed!
Great campground! Lots to do but still quiet and peaceful to camp at. Kids had a blast! The store is well stocked, plenty of activities to do, even on a rainy day. The bounce pad with the steel roof above it was perfect for the kids and they couldn't get enough of it. Our next visit will be for a longer period of time so we can experience all they offer. Great fishing in the pond also!
I have stayed at multiple KOA's across the country and this one rates with the best. The bathrooms and showers were not only very clean and updated but they had enough for all to use. The A OK cafe is a very nice touch after driving all day. The camp was packed but you would never really know as everyone was quiet.
We had a great time at this location. Rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were spotless. There was a lot of activities to do with kids. We played mini golf, rented bikes, played shuffle board and even squeezed a game of volleyball. The kids loved the jump pad
I'm not crazy about campgrounds, mainly because children are having a great, unsupervised time. But the campground was very nice, clean restrooms, many activities for the wild children, everything one would need- ice, campfire wood, gifts shop, etc., grounds very well maintained- grass cut, no trash anywhere,,etc. If you like RV camping, this one would be very good. We have travelled much in our Class B Camper, and told by some KOA's are the best. We have not found that to be true. This particular spot was very "kid Friendly", but NOT "visitor friendly". Most people we found were seasonal and very …
Stayed there 3 nights in October. Great spot. All amenities were perfect and clean. Beautiful playground for the kids. Our 4yr old daughter enjoyed trick or treating and left with quite the haul. Would highly recommend!
Campground is a KOA on steroids. All the amenities, all the price, and NO space. They pack you in like sardines. Had to park my tow vehicle under my rear awning, and deal with morons walking between occupied sites. 20 feet (generous) between you and your neighbor. Give me a state park any day. Only stopped because we had a wedding to go to in Rochester and it was convenient. Very friendly and helpful staff, however. I'm sure kids love it and that's what it's all about. If you want peace and quiet, keep driving.
